Our friendly staff is well trained on pet care so they can help you solve most any challenge that your pet presents (be it nutrition, behavior, health or more obscure issues). By assisting you in this way we ensure that you and your pet build a loving, lasting relationship for many years to come.
We cater to the needs of our customers and their pets because YOU are the reason we are here and we appreciate your business. Our staff is well trained in how to properly assist our customers by answering questions in detail, assembling products for you (at no charge, of course!) and carrying your heavy packages to your car. We don't accept tips for this -- it's just good old-fashioned customer service.
